Job summary

Snatch Park Bizsolutions in Selangor seeks a customer-focused representative to handle inbound calls and assist customers with parking operations, ensuring friendly and efficient service.

You will guide customers in using parking and payment systems, resolve basic issues, escalate when needed, and maintain accurate records of inquiries and transactions.

This role requires patience, good communication, and the ability to follow scripts while delivering accurate information.

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls promptly and professionally
• Follow communication scripts and adapt responses when necessary
• Identify customer needs, investigate issues and provide appropriate solutions
• Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through resolution, including follow-up with the escalation team
• Guide vehicles and assist with parking flow
• Assist customers in using the parking and payment systems
• Respond to general questions and resolve basic customer issues
• Report parking, payment or system issues to the team leader
• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries and reported incidents
