Job summary

Tendou Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Client Coordinator in Kuala Lumpur to manage client work through our internal software and AI tools. You will handle requests from receipt to delivery, ensuring clear requirements and timely updates to clients.

You will convert client messages into actionable inputs, run workflows, review outputs, and arrange needed corrections. The role involves preparing proposals and invoices using templates and keeping records organized.

Qualifications

• Clear written English and confident client communication.
• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable learning software and AI tools.
• Able to follow instructions while spotting mistakes.

Responsibilities

• Reply to clients, provide progress updates and follow up on missing information
• Turn client messages into clear requirements and enter them into our software
• Run the workflow to generate the work, review the results and arrange corrections where needed
• Send checked, approved deliverables to clients and explain what was done
• Prepare proposals, quotations, invoices and other administrative documents using our templates
• Keep client records, deadlines, deliverables and payment follow-ups organised
• Flag unclear requests, technical problems or work outside the agreed scope to the team
