Agensi Pekerjaan Penta Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Operations Coordinator for Managed Services to support the Service Delivery Manager in daily activities and deliverables.

You will monitor SOP compliance, maintain process documentation, and coordinate team scheduling, leave planning, and handovers while preparing internal reports. Strong English communication and MS Office proficiency are required for effective collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, coordination or operations.
• Strong organizational and task management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Support the Service Delivery Manager in tracking daily team activities and deliverables.
• Monitor and ensure team compliance with SOPs and internal workflows.
• Maintain and update documentation related to operational processes and service delivery.
• Coordinate team scheduling, leave planning, and task handovers.
• Prepare internal reports and summaries on task progress and process adherence.
• Follow up with team members on assigned responsibilities and send timely reminders.
• Act as the team's primary contact for administrative and non-technical coordination matters.
• Assist in organizing internal briefings, follow-ups, and managing escalations as needed.
