Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of recent experience in sales and customer service.
• Experience with Salesforce or other major CRM tools is a plus.
• Experience in a matrixed organization is preferred.
• Strong analytical work and ability to prioritize multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Provision new client organization profiles and allocate user seats based on contracted subscription tiers.
• Create, update, and manage individual user profiles, permissions, and data access.
• Process daily access requests including onboarding new members and transferring licenses.
• Handle bulk user roster uploads and updates using admin tools.
• Track login activity and assist unactivated users to reduce onboarding friction.
• Coordinate kickoff and training sessions between clients and internal teams.
