Job summary

Central is seeking an Implementation & Customer Success Manager to own post-signing customer relationships and ensure successful implementations. You will configure workflows, automate tasks, and integrate AI agents while expanding value across accounts.

You will work with customers to launch, support onboarding sessions, troubleshoot, and guide them through evolving product capabilities, largely operating on US business hours while remaining adaptable to a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in implementation, onboarding, technical account management or similar customer-facing role at a B2B software company.
• Experience owning a book of customers or implementations directly.
• Ability to configure software for customers using workflow builders, automation tools, or similar products.
• Strong spoken and written English skills for effective customer communication.
• Hands-on experience with telephony, VoIP, call forwarding platforms, EHRs, or APIs.
• Comfortable troubleshooting technical problems independently; must work US business hours.
• Highly organized, managing multiple implementations and customer issues efficiently.
• Adaptable to a fast-moving environment with changing products and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own customer relationships end to end from contract through implementation, launch, ongoing success, renewal, and expansion.
• Live customer environments by configuring workflows, call forwarding, prompts, transfer rules, scheduling, notifications, and integrations.
• Configure AI agents by building prompts, workflows, escalation logic, and behaviors as the product evolves.
• Implement new workflows as Central expands beyond voice into back-office operations.
• Run integrations with various systems and manage API credentials in collaboration with the customer's IT team.
• Engage with customers through onboarding calls and troubleshooting interactions, addressing issues proactively.
• Investigate issues by reproducing configurations and isolating failures before escalating to engineering.
• Provide context to engineering to triage issues and verify solutions before closing.
• Protect and grow revenue by identifying churn risks and opportunities for expansion.
• Translate repetitive implementation challenges into documented playbooks and automation solutions.
