Redtone in Malaysia seeks an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation, onboarding, and deployment of AI-driven and enterprise software solutions. Job description

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation, onboarding, and deployment of AI-driven and enterprise software solutions. This role acts as the primary customer-facing coordinator throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery from project kickoff through go-live and post-implementation stabilization.
The Implementation Consultant works closely with customers, Product Owners, Software Engineers, AI Engineers, and Support teams to gather requirements, coordinate implementation activities, conduct user training, and ensure customer objectives are achieved within agreed timelines.
This role focuses on successful project delivery, customer adoption, solution configuration, and implementation excellence while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Project Delivery

• Conduct project kickoff meetings and implementation workshops with customers.
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Develop implementation plans, project timelines, and delivery milestones.
• Track project progress and proactively identify implementation risks.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage customer expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed according to agreed scope and timeline.

Solution Implementation

• Configure and set up solutions according to customer requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding and deployment activities.
• Support data migration and system integration activities.
• Validate system configuration and implementation outcomes.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Ensure implementation quality meets customer expectations.

Customer Training & Enablement

• Conduct customer demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions.
• Train system administrators and end users.
• Prepare user guides, implementation documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Promote product adoption and best practices.

Go-Live & Handover

• Assess customer readiness for production deployment.
• Coordinate go-live activities and deployment schedules.
• Ensure smooth transition to Support or Customer Success teams.
• Monitor customer adoption during the initial operational period.

Process Improvement

• Identify implementation bottlenecks and customer pain points.
• Recommend improvements to onboarding and implementation processes.
• Contribute to implementation playbooks, templates, and best practices.
• Assist in improving customer training materials and documentation.

Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, project delivery, customer success, business analysis, software implementation, or SaaS deployment.
• Basic understanding of API and Webhook integration.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects independently.
• Experience conducting customer workshops, training, and solution demonstrations.
