Job summary

WORQ in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Coordinator to be the first contact for inquiries, guiding potential clients toward the best coworking solutions and ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial inquiry to follow-up.

You will drive event hall and meeting room sales, hit monthly targets, coordinate with clients and operations, create compelling promotional content, and contribute to marketing and market analytics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with proven targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and listening skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-service mindset.
• Experience in property or real estate is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Experience with AI tools is advantageous.
• Self-starter with drive to achieve; able to manage from planning to closing.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and support the Sales Team through closing.
• Hit monthly targets for coworking products and event spaces.
• Coordinate with clients on event hall and meeting room sales.
• Create video content and promotional materials for marketing.
• Provide market insights and help optimize sales processes.
• Support community initiatives and handle ad hoc tasks.
