Job summary

WORQ in Malaysia’s Kuala Lumpur region seeks a dynamic Sales Executive (Office Leasing) to help businesses find their ideal workspace and accelerate sales. You will lead tours, qualify prospects, negotiate leases, and support the sales team while building lasting client relationships.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; Mandarin is a plus. This role offers a fast-paced environment with commission-driven earning potential and opportunities to grow with a leading flexible workspace

Qualifications

At least 1 year of sales experience is required.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with clients and conclude office deals.
Qualify inbound leads (new members) to join WORQ Space and maintain relationships.
Assign leads and provide support to the Sales Team.
Consistently meet given goals and metrics and work hard toward them.
Conduct office viewings and travel to multiple outlets.
Develop and maintain a customer database.
Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.
Assist in lease negotiations and manage tenancy relationships.
Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
Film videos for marketing office spaces.
Support company community initiatives and events.
Ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
