Job summary

Era Madani Sistem Sdn Bhd is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to translate customer needs into technically sound, commercially viable solutions. You will support sales from requirement gathering and solution design through proposals, tenders, presentations, and project handover.

Based in Puchong Selangor, you will perform site visits, prepare cost estimates, and coordinate with suppliers and engineering teams. Strong understanding of RFQ/RFP processes and CAD/Visio tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, CS, IT, Business Technology, or related field.
• Diploma with relevant technical and customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs with sales teams and identify constraints.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, specifications, and solution documents.
• Review tender documents, RFQs, RFPs, and ensure solution compliance.
• Conduct site visits and technical assessments as required.
• Handover solutions to project and engineering teams.
• Stay current on technologies, products, market trends, and competitors.
