Job summary

Holiday Tours & Travel Group is seeking an Executive / Senior Executive - Client Engagement to deliver excellent customer service, retain clients and grow a new client base. You will work toward sales targets, identify opportunities, and align interactions with high company standards to boost growth.

You will plan sales calls, coordinate with Account Managers and operations, and manage corporate client travel programs, while maintaining accurate records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management or related field.
• Experience in customer service and sales with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop a business plan and sales strategy to attain company sales goals.
• Penetrate new markets and coordinate action plans.
• Provide timely pricing on quotations and manage scheduling of enquiries.
