Responsibilities

  • Immigration Coordination and Operations: Monitor immigration-related notifications and enquiries, route them to the appropriate parties, and follow up on required actions.
  • Coordinate immigration pre-screening, case initiation, and renewal activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and case records in relevant systems.
  • Follow up with employees and recruiters on outstanding information, documents, and case updates.
  • Liaise with Fragomen case teams to support the timely progress of immigration matters.
  • Document and Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate document approvals, signatures, and endorsements with relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare and format supporting documents required for immigration applications.
  • Gather relevant employment information to support immigration filings.
  • Reporting and Data Management: Review and cross-check case reports to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor case progress and highlight delays or issues requiring attention.
  • Extract data and prepare regular or ad hoc reports as required.
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and supporting documentation.
  • Project and Administrative Support: Prepare reports, presentation materials, and other documents for internal use.
  • Provide administrative and project support based on operational requirements.
  • Coordinate country-specific administrative requirements, including visitor registrations and departure notifications for client offices in other locations.
