Job summary

V.S. Industry Berhad is seeking a proactive EHS Administrative Assistant to support our safety program in Senai, Johor. You will help maintain EHS documents, prepare records and assist with training and audits.

This role focuses on coordinating safety activities, minutes of Safety & Health Committee meetings, and ensuring compliance with OSH and environmental requirements. A Diploma in EHS or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in EHS, Environmental, Occupational Safety & Health, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of OSH and environmental requirements.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 is an advantage.
• Good Microsoft Office and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and organizing EHS documents, records, inspection and training records.
• Assist in coordinating EHS programs, safety training, emergency drills and awareness activities.
• Assist in coordinating Safety & Health Committee meetings, including minutes and follow-up actions.
• Assist with workplace inspections, safety audits and preparation of EHS reports.
