Job summary

Richport Technology in Penang, Bukit Minyak area, seeks an EHS Support to assist in implementing EHS activities and safety programs. The role involves inspections, PPE compliance checks, and maintaining EHS records.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing EHS activities and programs.
• Conduct routine workplace safety inspections and report unsafe conditions.
• Monitor employees' compliance with PPE and safe work practices.
• Maintain EHS records, reports and documentation.
• Assist in environmental activities, including scheduled waste management.
• Support EHS training, safety inductions and safety awareness programs.
• Inspect emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers, first aid boxes and spill kits.
• Assist in emergency drills and emergency response activities.
• Support internal audits and regulatory inspections.
• Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
• Perform other duties assigned by the EHS Engineer or Management.
