Job summary

Golden Fresh Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented Admin/Order Coordinator in Malaysia to ensure accurate order updates, production planning, and timely shipment coordination.

You will maintain Order Summary data and generate weekly stock and monthly sales reports in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong MS Excel skills, data entry accuracy, and the ability to work with multiple departments to meet deadlines while maintaining high data integrity.

Qualifications

• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to prepare reports, maintain records and manage data accurately.
• Good data entry skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with different departments.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate updates of new orders, order amendments and outgoing order information in the Order Summary.
• Maintain and update ready dates accurately in the Order Summary and Microsoft Dynamics AX system.
• Prepare and update weekly stock reports and follow up on weekly shipment arrangements.
• Update planned production output to ensure accurate and up-to-date production planning records.
• Prepare, compile and maintain monthly sales volume reports.
• Monitor and maintain accurate production and shipment schedules, ensuring all relevant information is updated promptly.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain order information, clarify order requirements and follow up on shipment arrangements.
• Verify material availability and coordinate with relevant departments to follow up on material requirements.
• Update production working days and maintain the relevant records for reporting purposes.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.
