Job summary

HAIKY BORNEO SDN BHD is seeking a detail‑oriented data entry and QC support staff to help maintain up‑to‑date QC records and prepare reports. The role involves organising QC documentation, supporting hygiene and food safety monitoring, and ensuring accurate documentation across production and QC teams.

The candidate should have a Diploma or degree or equivalent, with basic computer skills in Excel and Word, and a proactive attitude toward learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to handle documentation and data entry accurately.
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Experience in QC, food processing or factory administration will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate QC records.
• Prepare, update and organise QC reports, forms and documentation.
• Assist in monitoring product quality, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Maintain production, inspection and quality control records.
• Assist with document filing, record keeping and general administrative duties.
