Arbex in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Claims Analyst I to help manage customer trade claims, rebates, promotions, and deductions across the Order-to-Cash process. You will validate, settle, and monitor claims, partnering with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to protect revenue while delivering a strong customer experience.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and continuous process improvement, with opportunities to influence our claims strategy in a global hygiene products business.

Competenze

• 5+ years in Claims Management or Order-to-Cash.
• Experience with trade claims, deductions, rebates, or promotions.
• Proficient in SAP and Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
