Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Corporation in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Customer Claims Analyst I for a 12-month contract to support its Global Business Services team. You will validate and process customer claims, coordinate with sales and finance, and drive process improvements in dispute handling.

The role requires a degree in Accounting or Finance and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with strong English communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience; FMCG/SSC experience preferred.
• Independent, proactive, with maturity and initiative.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of internal controls and CI mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Validate and process customer claims accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with Key Account Manager to close exception claims.
• Update status in dispute cases with latest actions.
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Prepare weekly claims exception reports.
• Collaborate with Sales, Credit & Collections, and Finance.
• Support LEAN initiatives to eliminate waste.
• Provide ad-hoc reports for management.
• Attend audits and respond to inquiries.
