Job summary

Arbex in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Claims Analyst I to manage customer trade claims, rebates, promotions, pricing deductions, and related settlement activities across the Order-to-Cash process. You will validate claims, follow up on aged amounts, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to protect revenue.

The role requires 5+ years in claims-related functions, strong SAP and Excel skills, and a focus on timely resolution and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Claims Management, Trade Promotions, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, or Customer Financial Services.
• Experience handling trade claims, customer deductions, rebates, promotions, pricing discrepancies, and dispute resolution.
• Strong understanding of claims aging management, settlement processes, and deduction recovery activities.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel, including claims reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence business outcomes.

• Analyze claims trends and identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and reduce future claim exposure.

About You
