Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Corporation in Malaysia is hiring a Customer Claims Analyst for its Global Business Services. The role focuses on validating customer claims, coordinating with account managers, and improving payment processes to strengthen internal controls.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and a proactive, analytical mindset within an FMCG/SSC context. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the same capacity.
• Sales exposure or experience is desirable.
• Independent, proactive, analytical with integrity & initiative.
• Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English with negotiation and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of internal control procedures and CI mindset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in FMCG or SSC experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Validate and process customer claims accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with Key Account Manager to close exception claims promptly.
• Manage and update status in dispute cases.
• Provide process improvements to increase efficiency in claims payment.
• Prepare weekly claims exception reports and liaise with Customer Manager.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and strengthen internal controls.
• Collaborate with internal customers to support business objectives and admin tasks.
• Assist auditors with ad-hoc requests and audit schedules.
• Handle escalations professionally and follow up with customers as needed.
• Serve as intermediary between Sales, Credit & Collections, and Finance for unusual inquiries.
• Generate other ad hoc reports as required by Management.
