Job summary

Trimble is seeking a sales professional to join the Malaysia AECO Field Sales team in Kuala Lumpur. You will sell Tekla Structures and civil/construction project management solutions to customers in your territory.

You will pursue new logos, manage accounts and renewals, maintain CRM updates, and collaborate with marketing and pre-sales to hit annual targets. Travel up to 35% is expected, with opportunities to grow within a global technology leader.

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct sales experience in construction, preferably software sales.
• Strong knowledge of AEC, civil, building and oil & gas sectors.
• Extensive network with decision-makers in Owners, Contractors, Consultants.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell Tekla Structures and related project management solutions in Malaysia.
• Hit direct sales quotas and KPIs set by management.
• Identify and pursue new logo opportunities through multiple channels.
• Manage accounts, renew contracts, and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and provide weekly/monthly forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing for demand generation; work with pre-sales teams.
