Job summary

Qualifications

• Spearhead technical expansion into civil and linear infrastructure markets utilizing platforms like Quadri and Novapoint
• Collaborate proactively with the sales team to uncover and drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts

Essential Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or structural engineering equivalent
• Extensive knowledge of structural analysis, design principles, and industry workflows
• Proven track record in technical presales, solutioning, or software project implementations.
• Previous experience with civil design software or advanced structural detailing tools
• Exceptional ability to translate complex technical features into tangible business value for customers.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in in English.

• Professional fluency in Mandarin, and/or Bahasa to effectively support diverse regional clients
