Job summary

Colors Entertainment Sdn Bhd is seeking a reliable Cinema Handyman / Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role involves hands-on general maintenance around the cinema and related facilities, including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting tasks.

The ideal candidate is proactive, responsible and able to handle diverse maintenance issues; experience in cinema maintenance is a plus, but candidates with hotel, mall, retail, office, factory or commercial-building backgrounds are

Qualifications

• Experience in general building or cinema maintenance is preferred.
• Hands-on, proactive and safety-conscious.
• Ability to learn new skills and use basic tools confidently.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance and repair works around the cinema.
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting works.
• Check and repair lights, doors, furniture, fixtures and other facilities.
• Attend to maintenance issues and breakdowns when required.
• Use basic hand and power tools safely.
• Conduct regular checks to identify maintenance problems.
• Keep maintenance areas, tools and equipment clean and organised.
• Assist external contractors with repair or maintenance works when needed.
• Ensure the cinema facilities are safe and in good working condition

Cinema Handyman - Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a reliable and hands-on Cinema Handyman / Maintenance Technician to join our team!

If you have experience in general building maintenance, repair works, or handyman services and enjoy solving day-to-day maintenance issues, we would love to hear from you.
