Job summary

Urban Inn Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to perform daily hotel maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioning issues, and ensure facilities are safe and well-kept. You will handle preventive tasks, respond to guest requests, and assist with renovations as needed.

Ideal candidates have a related certificate or diploma and basic maintenance knowledge. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with travel as required for hotel-wide support.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Air-Conditioning, Building Maintenance, or related field.
• Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, or general maintenance.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily maintenance and repair works in the hotel.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and equipment issues.
• Ensure hotel facilities are in good and safe condition.
• Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Respond to maintenance requests from hotel departments and guests.
• Monitor and maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
• Support renovation or installation works when required.

• Experience in hotel maintenance is an added advantage
• Possess a valid car driving license
• Willing to travel when required
