ENTEGRIS ( M ) Sdn Bhd in Kulim, Kedah, Malaysia, seeks a Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead plant-wide initiatives that boost efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization. You will apply Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen to drive value, guide complex transformations and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the site.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in continuous improvement or lean manufacturing.
• Lean and Six Sigma with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication across all organizational levels.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Process Analysis and Improvement: identify, analyze and implement process improvements.
• Lean Deployment: drive plant-level lean programs and Kaizen events.
• Project Leadership: manage multiple operational excellence projects.
• Stakeholder Engagement: build relationships to drive change
• Data-Driven Decision Making: analyze data, measure impact, present insights.
• Training and Capability Building: deliver lean sigma training and coaching.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: track KPIs and opportunities.
