Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Kulim, Malaysia, is seeking an Engineer II, Continuous Improvement to lead plant-wide initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce waste.

You will collaborate with Operations to apply Lean tools and drive cost optimization, 5S, and Kaizen events. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering and 3–5 years in CI, with Lean/Six Sigma certification desirable; AutoCAD proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) desirable; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive plant-wide continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Plan and conduct Kaizen events; train Kaizen teams on Lean methodologies and PDCA/Value Stream Mapping.
