Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is mandatory.
• 5–7 years in Lean, Kaizen, or operational excellence is a plus but not mandatory.
• Understanding of Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, and digital factory tools.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• TEBIT Projects: plan and execute TEBIT projects via value streams and track cost savings.
• Strive for 30% contribution to TEBIT cost-saving goals.
• Lead and facilitate at least 5 Kaizen events annually.
• Deliver training on Continuous Improvement tools, Kaizen, and digital factory processes to VS teams.
• Promote an operational excellence culture and achieve training closure targets.
• Standardize CI processes through KAIZEN projects and CIP deployment; develop standard work documentation.
• Coordinate the deployment of digital factory tools and ensure project completion.
