Job summary
CHOCOFAC (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Production Assistant with a degree in Food Science or related field to support daily chocolate manufacturing operations on the production floor.
The role involves monitoring production activities, coordinating materials, maintaining production records, and ensuring compliance with ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and hygiene requirements. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and training will be provided.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willingness to learn and develop practical knowledge of chocolate manufacturing.
- Must comply with ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP and food safety requirements.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production activities and ensure production schedules and targets are met.
- Coordinate raw material and packaging requirements with the warehouse and purchasing departments.
- Maintain accurate daily production reports, batch records, and production sheets.
- Report production discrepancies and operational issues to management.
- Work closely with the production, warehouse, QA/QC, and purchasing teams and participate in trials and new product development.
