Job summary

Francestle Confectioneries (M) Sdn Bhd, a premium chocolate manufacturer, invites applications for a Marketing/Product Development role. You will contribute to new and existing product concepts from idea to production, and perform market research to track trends and competitor activity.

The candidate should have a diploma or bachelor’s in Marketing or Business Administration, a strong interest in marketing and product development, and Canva skills are a plus. No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of new and existing products from concept to production.
• Conduct market research on trends, consumer preferences and competitor activities.
• Carry out product testing, recipe and formula development, and trial coordination.
• Prepare product specifications and work closely with Production, QA and other departments to meet quality, safety and customer requirements.
• Develop packaging concepts.
