Job summary

CHOCOFAC (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor, is seeking a responsible QA/QC & Production Assistant to support food safety compliance, quality assurance, and daily production operations in our chocolate manufacturing facility.

You will help maintain ISO/HACCP/GMP/Halal documentation, perform QC checks on materials and finished products, monitor production records, and assist with corrective actions, audits, and staff training.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Safety, QA, Microbiology or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Experience in food manufacturing, QA/QC or production is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 and food safety principles.
• Knowledge of Halal compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support QA/QC, food safety, and production operations on a daily basis.
• Assist in maintaining and updating FSMS documentation (ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, Halal).
• Conduct quality checks on incoming materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
• Monitor production records, batch sheets, and packaging to ensure compliance with specs.
• Identify defects, non-conformities, and assist with corrective actions and preventive actions.
• Maintain training records, sanitation, calibration, and other food safety activities.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and management to resolve quality and operational issues.
