Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to guide organization direction, priorities, and performance outcomes for the Company.
• Drive change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and growth.
• Lead, develop, and mentor teams to build capacity, accountability, and high performance and continuous improvement that fosters a collaborative, inclusive, and ethical workplace culture.
• Translate strategy into operational plans, KPIs, and measurable outcomes as well as manage performance, assess risks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Define and own strategy development and roadmaps of key existing products and sustainability technology solutions currently being developed by the Company.
• Lead cross-functional innovation initiative to conceptualize, prototype, and scale new product offerings and enhancements for partners and clients.
• Work closely with organization's leaders, key clients, and industry partners to further strengthen current products and co-develop new product solutions that address real-world sustainability challenges.
• Drive internal initiatives to benchmark against competitors and integrate best-in-class product practices.
• Establish product excellence standards, best practices, and metrics to measure product success (e.g. adoption, retention, impact).
• Lead the development and execution of strategic business growth initiatives aligned with the Company's mission in sustainable supply chain and digital innovation.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize sustainability solutions and ESG market opportunities, emerging technologies, customer needs, regulatory trends to inform product investments and business growth.
• Support key client engagements, including sustainable solution designs, proposals, pilots, and long-term partnerships.
• Represent the Company in high-level discussions with clients, partners, and industry forums to strengthen market positioning and thought leadership.
