Job summary

ECADIN is seeking a visionary Head of Sustainability to lead the Group’s ESG strategy and governance from the holding company level. You will oversee cross-subsidiary ESG programs, drive policy alignment with Bursa Malaysia/ISSB, and author the annual Sustainability Statement in line with NSRF and IFRS S1/S2.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Finance or related discipline.
• Approx. 10–12 years in corporate sustainability or engineering, with ~5 years in leadership.
• Deep knowledge of Bursa Malaysia Sustainability Reporting Guide, NSRF, and ISSB disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and drive the Group’s sustainability strategy, roadmap and ESG performance across four pillars.
• Own end-to-end production of the annual Sustainability Statement per NSRF/IFRS S1/S2.
• Develop data architecture for ESG metrics across plants, sites, and operations.
• Coordinate climate accountability including Scope 1–3 accounting and GHG emissions management.
• Support green building certifications and energy efficiency initiatives across the portfolio.
• Update green procurement policies and ensure supplier ESG compliance.
• Engage stakeholders to optimise ESG ratings and financing opportunities.
