• Experience in multi-site, diversified, or complex operations.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic vision into actionable operational plans for all divisions.
• Lead execution of major business initiatives and transformation projects.
• Oversee integration of new acquisitions and expansion strategies.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure productivity, quality and profitability.
