Job summary

Arvion Services is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead AI-enabled social commerce initiatives in Malaysia. You will translate vision into annual plans, manage budgets, and drive growth across livestreams, content, and partnerships.

You will recruit and guide teams, align with the Founder and Board, and ensure sustainable profitability while adopting AI tools to optimize operations and customer value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce, live streaming, or digital content with leadership responsibility.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Hands-on in recruitment, partnerships and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business strategy and execution by translating the company vision into annual plans, quarterly goals, departmental KPIs and weekly priorities.
• Build and lead the team by recruiting, training and managing livestreamers, content, social media, sales and operations teams.
• Drive live streaming and content operations across live commerce, short-form videos, YouTube, podcasts and online courses.
• Develop new business and partnerships with brands, suppliers, instructors and creators, overseeing engagements through delivery and payment.
• Manage the financial and commercial performance focusing on revenue, gross profit, expenses and cash flow.
• Identify revenue opportunities and prioritize areas with strongest growth potential.
• Lead market growth in Malaysia by developing local content, products and partnerships.
• Strengthen operations with reporting systems and reduce founder involvement in daily tasks.
• Drive AI adoption by partnering with tech teams to improve efficiency and performance.
