AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. seeks a Chief Executive Officer to lead overall operations and drive business growth in Malaysia. The role reports to the Director and oversees revenue, profitability, and cash flow while shaping strategy and team development.

You will recruit and manage Live Hosts, content planners and operations teams, and collaborate with the tech team to apply AI in content production and customer operations. Startup environment requires ownership and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Must lead and scale business operations with strong P&L oversight.
• Experience in e-commerce, livestreaming, or digital content
• Track record of revenue growth and partnerships building.

Responsibilities

• Translate vision into annual plans and KPI-driven objectives.
• Monitor performance and implement improvements to meet targets.
• Recruit, train and manage Live Hosts, content planners, social media teams.
• Develop workflows, SOPs, and performance management systems.
• Lead livestream commerce, IP development, and AI-driven content production.
• Cultivate relationships with brands, suppliers, and corporate clients.
• Identify new opportunities and strategic partnerships; manage revenue, costs, and cash flow.
• Collaborate with tech teams to implement AI applications in operations and marketing.
