Your mission: lead a small e-commerce team and turn daily decisions into profitable growth. Pricing, ads, listings, stock, deadlines, and the people connecting them—you’ll keep the whole operation moving. This is a full-time, on-site role at Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur.

• Decisive with good judgment and follow-through.
• Keen to use AI to improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead our e-commerce executives: set priorities, assign owners and deadlines.
• Coach better judgment through regular one-to-ones with clear feedback.
• Turn a long task board into a focused plan and drive execution.
• Check outcomes: a price change is live, a listing is correct, improvements work.
• Work with the Managing Director; bring options, recommendations and decisions when needed.
