ARVION SERVICES SDN. BHD. is seeking a CEO to lead day-to-day operations, drive business strategy and manage teams across livestreaming, content, and sales in Malaysia. You will work with founders and the board on strategic decisions, partnerships, and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, market insight, and a track record of delivering measurable growth in a startup environment. Flexibility for on-site leadership in Kuala Lumpur is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce, live streaming, digital content or related operations.
• Leadership experience in managing teams and partnerships.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead business strategy and execution translating vision into annual plans and KPIs.
• Build and lead teams across livestreaming, content, sales and operations.
• Drive live streaming/content operations across platforms including AI-enhanced content.
• Develop new partnerships with brands and clients; oversee delivery and payments.
• Manage financial performance focusing on profitability and cash flow.
• Identify revenue opportunities and prioritize high-potential areas.
• Grow market presence in Malaysia with locally relevant content and partnerships.
• Ensure transparent reporting systems and reduce founder day-to-day involvement.
• Collaborate with tech team to adopt AI for content, service, and operations.
