Job summary

SEPAP SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Manager focused on AI and digital platforms to lead development of AI-powered products for content recommendation, personalization, engagement, and content generation.

You will collaborate with AI/ML, engineering, design, operations and marketing to shape product strategy, define requirements and roadmaps, manage full lifecycle from concept to launch, and drive user growth and revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management in AI.
• Experience managing products from concept to launch and continuous optimization.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI applications.
• Familiar with AI products, LLMs, recommendation systems, content generation, or intelligent automation.
• Experience working with engineering and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven product mindset.
• Good understanding of user experience, product design, and digital business models.
• Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered video, gaming, and digital entertainment products.
• Identify opportunities to apply Generative AI, recommendation systems, machine learning, and automation to improve products and user experience.
• Define product requirements, user stories, workflows, and product specifications.
• Work closely with AI/ML and engineering teams to develop and launch AI features.
• Develop AI applications for content recommendation, personalization, content generation, intelligent search, user profiling, and engagement optimization.
• Analyze user behavior, product data, and market trends to identify new product opportunities.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from market research, concept development, MVP, testing, launch, and continuous optimization.
• Work with UI/UX teams to design intuitive and engaging product experiences.
• Coordinate with business, marketing, content, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Define and monitor key product KPIs including user acquisition, engagement, retention, conversion, and revenue.
• Continuously evaluate new AI technologies, models, and tools and identify opportunities for product innovation.
