CelcomDigi is seeking a sales-focused professional to lead and mentor Sales Executives, expanding channel distribution and ensuring a strong brand presence across all channels. You will plan quarterly programs, analyze performance data, and provide frontline support to dealers and frontliners in a fast-paced telecom environment.

The role requires 3–4 years in sales or channel management, a diploma or degree in business/marketing, and willingness to travel with own transport.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; SPM holders with strong relevant experience will be considered.
• 3–4 years of experience in sales, channel management, or dealer operations, preferably in telecoms or FMCG.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing sales teams.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to engage dealers and partners.
• Results-driven, motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in analyzing sales data and identifying trends to drive actions.
• Willing to travel and work outdoors, including weekends and public holidays; own transport and valid license.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and mentor Sales Executives to optimize performance.
• Plan and implement strategic initiatives to expand channel distribution.
• Design and execute quarterly sales programs to hit targets and KPIs.
• Monitor dealer performance, ensuring adherence to policies and branding.
• Track and report competitor activities with actionable insights.
• Ensure strong brand presence across all sales channels and touchpoints.
• Provide first-line support for system or product issues faced by dealers and frontliners.
