Qualifikationen

• This role requires a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• SPM holders with strong relevant experience will also be considered.
• Minimum 3–4 years in sales, channel management, or dealer ops.
• Proven leadership in managing sales teams.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with dealers & partners.
• Willingness to travel and work outdoors, including holidays.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and mentor Sales Executives to improve performance.
• Plan and implement strategies to grow channel distribution.
• Design quarterly sales programs to meet targets and KPIs.
• Monitor dealer performance and enforce policies and branding.
• Track competitor activity and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure consistent brand presence across channels.
• Provide first-line support for deal/field system issues.
