Job summary

CelcomDigi is seeking a Channel Excellence Specialist to drive channel changes, champion system/process improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful retail channel outcomes.

You will lead readiness for channel initiatives, coordinate with Sales Ops Support, and proactively address gaps while harmonising processes to align with CelcomDigi goals. The role requires collaboration across product, service development, and sales operations.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Management, Planning, or Performance Management.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate across functions.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for creating reports and communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness for channel initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations Support to improve system readiness and contribute to requirements scoping for system implementations.
• Identify and resolve recurring operational and process gaps.
• Drive process harmonisation and continuous improvement, reviewing SOPs and frameworks.
• Provide support to cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and drive improvement initiatives.
• Work with product, service development, and sales operations on model transitions and channel harmonisation.
• Continuously improve channel platforms and personalise solutions to meet Sales objectives.
• Conduct pre-implementation testing prior to roll-out.
