Responsibilities

• Enable the sales process for a client's products and services for an assigned territory/client.
• Manage relationships with key channel partners and support the team to drive sales through partners.
• Improve customer retention and revenue growth for an established customer base with weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasts.
• Promote products and services to a portfolio of strategic channel partners to meet defined metrics.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly health checks and reviews analyzing client needs.
• Identify at-risk customers using predictive data and maintain high channel satisfaction.
• Manage channel escalations and coordinate prompt resolutions with clients and teams.
• Guide calls with channel partners to share best practices and promote programs and growth opportunities.
• Deliver training to the sales team highlighting product value and benefits.
• Handle high volumes of daily customer contacts via phone and email.
