Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Penang seeks an experienced Inside Sales professional to manage partner relationships and drive growth with channel partners in security and IT solutions.

You will reactivate dormant accounts, recruit new partners, and support onboarding while collaborating with sales, marketing, and technical teams to meet monthly revenue quotas. Fluency in English is required; Malaysian-based candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience within an Inside Sales organization.
• Required native or fluent English language, both spoken & written.
• Based in Penang.

Responsibilities

• Proactively re-engage dormant accounts, targeting Preferred partners who have been inactive for six months or more.
• Meet or exceed monthly revenue quotas and provide training on product portfolio to partners.
• Collaborate with Channel Account Managers, sales, marketing and technical teams to support partner onboarding and growth.
