Job summary

RED ONE NETWORK SDN. BHD. is seeking a Market Intelligence & Channel Development professional to strengthen nationwide channel performance. You will work with Sales, Marketing, Training and Product teams to identify market opportunities and translate observations into actionable improvements.

The role requires 3–5 years in relevant fields, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel nationwide and hold a valid driving license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Channel Development or related fields.
• Strong channel management, market intelligence and retail execution.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and drive license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular market visits to Puchong and nationwide channel partners.
• Gather feedback from stores, promoters, and partners to assess market conditions and channel performance.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, product positioning, promotions and retail execution.
• Identify business opportunities, gaps and risks in the market and translate findings into insights.
• Prepare clear reports and presentations for management review and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Training and Product teams to improve channel execution.
