Job summary

Anker Innovations in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive channel sales execution across KA chains, distributors, agents and independent retail. You will land sell-in and sell-out, support promotions and new-product launches, and ensure brand execution at every retail point.

You will report to the MY country sales lead, monitor performance, coordinate with channel partners, and provide market insights to optimize growth while meeting monthly and quarterly targets in a dynamic,

Qualifications

2–4 years in channel sales or retail execution.
Experience with consumer electronics, FMCG or retail distribution is a plus.
Strong communication and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

Drive channel sales execution across KA chains, distributors, agents and independent retail to hit targets.
Manage day-to-day account operations including order follow-up, pricing and promotions.
Coordinate with partners to land promotions and new product launches.
Audit brand execution, planogram compliance, POSM deployment and pricing at retail.
Track sell-in/sell-out and PSI data; flag stock risks and coordinate replenishment.
Gather market intelligence and provide actionable insights to the country team.
Support channel coordination to avoid conflicts and ensure consistent branding.
