Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Penta Consultancy Sdn. Bhd is seeking a Change Manager to lead transformation initiatives in Malaysia, focusing on developing change plans, conducting CIA and readiness assessments, and driving stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Organisational Development, Communications, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Change Management, Project Management, Organisational Development, or related roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide business or technology transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management plans and strategies to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Conduct Change Impact Assessments (CIA), stakeholder mapping, and readiness assessments to identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Develop and execute communication and stakeholder engagement plans to drive awareness and adoption of organisational changes.
• Establish and manage Change Champion networks to support employee engagement and change adoption.
• Plan and coordinate training activities, including training needs assessments, materials development, and delivery.
• Monitor and report change adoption, stakeholder engagement, readiness, and behavioural metrics to evaluate change effectiveness.
• Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to ensure change activities align with project milestones and business objectives.
• Support project governance, progress reporting, and documentation throughout the change management lifecycle.

Hands-on experience in Change Impact Assessments, stakeholder analysis, communication planning, and change readiness assessments. Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Good organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI. Prosci, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications will be an added advantage.Experience supporting Microsoft, SAP, ERP, HR, Finance, or Digital Transformation programmes is preferred.
