Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a Transformation Consultant to drive business transformation and lead strategic change initiatives across the organization. The role requires collaboration with Operations leaders to design transformation strategies, analyze organizational design, and implement change management plans.

You will coordinate with IT, HR, and operations to deliver initiatives and track benefits realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in management consulting, transformation, or change management preferred.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience with transformation methodologies (Agile, Lean).
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Knowledge in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
