Job summary

HTC Global Services MSC Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced IT Project Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead end-to-end IT projects from requirements gathering through implementation and go-live. You will coordinate scope, timeline, budget, and risks while working with stakeholders, vendors, developers, and technical teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

The role requires strong communication and governance skills, plus hands-on experience with application integration, SDLC, UAT, and production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management / project delivery experience.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end implementation projects.
• Experience with application/system/enterprise integration projects.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Good understanding of SDLC, testing, UAT and production deployment.
• CRM implementation or integration experience is an added advantage.

Lead end-to-end IT projects from requirements gathering through implementation and go-live.

Manage application/system integration projects across multiple business and technology teams.

Coordinate project scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks and dependencies.

Work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, developers and technical teams.

Drive project planning, status reporting, issue resolution and stakeholder communication.

Manage SIT, UAT, deployment and post-implementation activities.

Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, quality and timelines.

Provide leadership and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

About you

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.

5+ years of IT project management / project delivery experience.

Strong experience managing end-to-end implementation projects.

Experience with application/system/enterprise integration projects.

Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.

Good understanding of SDLC, testing, UAT and production deployment.

Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

CRM implementation or integration experience is an added advantage.

Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Siebel or similar.

Experience with enterprise application integration / API / middleware projects.
