Job summary

Avanade Malaysia, a leading Microsoft-led digital consulting firm in Kuala Lumpur, seeks an experienced transformation consultant to shape AI-driven strategies and roadmaps. You will translate complex business challenges into structured plans and present them to senior stakeholders.

You will collaborate with designers, engineers, and change leads to prototype solutions, drive workshops, and deliver high-impact decks that articulate business value and tangible outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, Product management or digital transformation roles.
• Strong business analysis and facilitation skills from journey mapping and service blueprinting to agile requirements definition.
• Experience participating in requirements gathering process with proven ability to lead client presentations, run workshops, and create high-impact decks (e.g., strategy, business case, transformation roadmap).
• Experience working with or alongside across Tech teams (Cloud, AI, Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent), but your strength is framing why it matters.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, confident presenting, and sharp storytelling.
• Strong analytical and problem-structuring skills you can connect data, behaviour, and business outcomes.
• Would be great if you have experience in AI-driven transformation, digital strategy, or process redesign.
• Managing client engagements on change management within Agile Methodologies, Waterfall or either; familiarity with JIRA.
