Arvion Services in Malaysia seeks a Business Development Manager for FX/CFDs with a minimum of 2 years in CFDs sales or business development. You will identify and onboard IBs, affiliates, partners, and retail clients across regions, while maintaining relationships and driving revenue growth.

You will use CRM tools to track leads and pipelines, report progress to management, and ensure onboarding compliance. Strong English and Malay communication is essential, with multilingual skills a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in the CFDs industry.
• Experience with onboarding IBs/partners and client portfolios.
• Familiarity with partner programs, spreads, rebates, and promotions.
• Proficiency in English and Malay communication is a MUST.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, partners, and retail clients across assigned regions.
• Maintain and grow existing IB and client relationships through engagement and loyalty initiatives.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets, active client goals, and trading volume KPIs.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, regions, and verticals.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track pipelines, and report progress.
• Ensure onboarding complies with regulatory standards and internal processes.
• Represent the company at events, webinars, and partner meetings to promote the brand.
• Collaborate with marketing, dealing, and operations teams to deliver a seamless partner/client experience.
