Defincloud in Malaysia is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our CFD brokerage network and client base, focusing on Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and regional partners. Mandarin proficiency is required to engage with Mandarin-speaking clients and communities.

The role emphasizes new partner onboarding, relationship management, and achieving sales KPIs, with flexible remote working hours and a target-driven environment in a fast-paced financial services setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven business development or Introducing Broker within CFD/Forex/Derivatives brokerage.
• Strong network in the financial trading sector in Malaysia/SEA region.
• Basic understanding of CFD trading products, platforms, commissions, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• IB & Partner Acquisition: Identify, recruit and onboard new IBs, Affiliates, Regional Partners and clients.
• Relationship Management: Deepen relationships with existing partners to maximise trading volumes and client retention.
• Market Expansion: Analyse local and regional CFD market trends and develop expansion plans.
• Sales Targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly KPIs related to active clients, funding, and trading volume.
• Events & Networking: Represent the broker at industry events to build leads and brand presence.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with Operations, Compliance, and Marketing for onboarding and brand alignment.
